North Tyneside Development Company, now trading as Aurora Affordable Homes, is a subsidiary of North Tyneside Trading Company Ltd which is a controlled company of North Tyneside Council. We provide affordable homes in the area to support the Mayor and Cabinet’s ambition to deliver 5,000 affordable homes and tackle derelict properties. The company has developed new build homes and acquired and renovated existing homes across the borough.
Our Recent Developments
Reed/Thompson Avenue, Camperdown
Our first new build development was completed in 2017 and consists of 13 homes in the North West of the borough. These are a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and houses. See gallery below.
