If you wish to apply for one our advertised properties please complete the following steps:


Step 1 - Complete an application form, a form will be attached to the property advert (each separate property requires a specific application) Once complete forms are to be returned to lettings@aurora-properties.co.uk

Step 2 - The Aurora Affordable Homes team will then assess the application against the Lettings Policy. If the initial requirement's are met the applicant will receive an affordability assessment to complete and return. Once submitted, if the applicant meets the affordability criteria the application will be processed. If the applicant does not meet the affordability target unfortunately  we are unable to proceed further.

Step 3 - Once applications are closed, the team will shortlist applicants who meet the policy to the best standard. The applicant at the top of the shortlist will be contacted for further assessment. Pending the shortlisted applicant meets the criteria in full, the property will become pre - allocated and a viewing will be arranged.
