About Aurora Properties

Aurora Properties (Sales) Limited was established by North Tyneside Council in 2017 with the purpose of delivering high quality good value homes for open market sale. We provide an alternative choice for discerning buyers looking for high quality design homes that they can trust. All of our homes are built with our customers needs and priorities strongly in mind which we believe is an ethos which sets us apart from many other developers.

Our first development at Wallington Close, in the prime coastal location of Cullercoats, was completed in December 2018 and consists of a range of stylish 2 bedroom bungalows complete with open plan living areas, Howden's kitchens with integrated appliances, gardens, patios and paved driveways.

Our second development at Empress Point, Whitley Bay, was completed in September 2019. The development consists of 12 homes located right on the seafront next to the newly refurbished Spanish City and popular Whitley Park.

Our latest development, in desirable location of the historic Northumberland Square, North Shields has now been completed including the refurbishment of the beautiful Grade II listed Georgian buildings into houses and apartments.
