Permission was granted and contract signed in February 2019 with Compass Developments Ltd, and the work has now been completed transforming the
site at Northumberland Square into 28 homes. The project included the refurbishment of a historic Grade II Listed building and new build houses and apartments.
Homes benefit from secure, gated courtyard parking and private garden areas. Only the highest quality materials have been used with traditional building methods employed, ensuring that the characteristics of this historically significant site have been preserved to their fullest.
